Don’t ask Brent about Indiana Jones…

new and improved baby!Nico gangstaThe sling rules!father and son momentZzzGoo!Things are very busy in Brooklyn! Besides our endless list of little projects around the house, we’ve been really busy with work, taking on a lot of new projects. We needed reinforcements, so this week we welcomed Kim to the mimoYmima team, she’s a great animator, and also Simon who was with us last year is helping out in the coding front. Wai is also with us of course, part time working and part time babysitting. So three days a week we have a full house, computers everywhere, and very big lunches.

Nico has been doing great, he only wakes up once at night now, and usually sleeps for 6 hours straight the first stretch – the other day he slept 7 and a half hours! He’s not as good at pooping yet though, but hey, it’s hard to be perfect when you’re only 10 weeks old. He’s hanging out in the crib watching his planes go by in his mobile as I write this.

For the last two days we haven’t been out much because all of a sudden we’re in the high nineties… Good thing we just got our ACs. Seriously, New York has such crappy weather, I don’t understand why so many people want to live here. I spend a good six months out of the year complaining about the weather.

My sister Carmen is visiting this week, she got here on Saturday and is having a lot of fun with her little nephew. There are some new videos, I’ll be adding more soon – this week’s small selection of pictures shows how busy we’ve been. Oh, and yeah, Brent went to see the new Indiana Jones movie last night. I’ll have to wait until it comes out on DVD probably, but I don’t think I missed much.

Our Life in Brooklyn keeps you updated on what Brent and Teresa Lagerman are up to. Looking at most of the posts you’d think we didn’t spend much time in Brooklyn, we do love to travel, so we’ll take you along as we visit Stuart, Madrid, Syracuse, TX, Washington, and of course we’ll always end up back in Brooklyn.
